The National Incident Notification Network was formed by Brian Baldwin in December 2000 after finding that most incident paging groups were trying to charge people for their volunteers work.

It is currently Directed by Jerry Ziehm, of Buffalo/Niagara Falls NY, and several other National Administrators.

NINN is staffed by volunteers that listen to radio scanners, and in turn broadcast important information over our network to subscribers via Email, Pagers, Cell Phones and other Devices. NINN is the first to offer National email coverage.
